Such a disappointment. Asked for their best flavoured steak. They sold me their most expensive steak (what a surprise!) - a scotch fillet. It was devoid of flavour, tough as boots and full of sinew and gristle. And the butcher laughed as he sold it to me, sitting on his bum reading a newspaper. Disgusting service and terrible meat.
