I wouldn't recommend these guys as if something goes wrong you wont get an apology or any compensation.
 
I got a large mat cleaned, handed it in on monday with a quote of $40 and they said it would be ready friday.
I called on friday afternoon about the mat and they said it wasnt ready and they explained that it would be ready on saturday. I asked them to call me saturday to let me know when it was ready.
Monday came back around and no phone call. I rang and explained calmly that I was unhappy with the customer service.
I got no apology and they tried to charge me $45 when I went to pick it up.
The mat didn't smell clean it smelt like a dusty old dry cleaners....

great friendly service, awesome attention to detail and fair pricing. All of which is rare to find in a dry cleaner.

Some time ago I took a pair of expensive Italian designer trousers here. I was unsure as to whether the fabric was dry-cleanable. Balmoral Dry-Cleaners inspected the trousers and decided they were some kind of velvet and therefore assured me it was dry-cleanable. When I picked the trousers up, the fabric had been damaged beyond repair - turns out it was some kind of synthetic flock. One would think if there was any doubt they could simply have done a patch test on the inside of the garment. No compensation was offered and they were unapologetic. Just a shrug of the shoulders. Don't bother risking your garments with these cowboys. Premier Dry-cleaners in Ponsonby Road are far superior.
