Joanna at Balloon Saloon is the BEST! Once I chose what balloons I wanted she was able to guide me in the right direction and the end result was amazing! This is the second time I have used Balloon Saloon for a corporate function. The balloons and arrangements are high quality and last for days. Delivery is punctual. Michael and Joanna are excellent. They are friendly and knowledgeable. I will only go to Balloon Saloon now.
My husband went with my 5yo son to the shop on Saturday, with 3 balloons we had bought for his little brother 1st birthday party. He asked the staff if it was possible to inflate them, as the party was about to start. Husband told them he would pay whatever they asked for it. He got a flat "no" from the shop owner - right in front of my 5yo! Husband and son walked back home, and passed right next to the back of the store, only to see more staff inflating hundreds of balloons. Husband asked the staff again. It would take literally 30 seconds to help us and get paid whatever they asked for. Got a lame excuse and they refused to help. My 5yo was so confused and upset he didn't have the balloons for the party. We had to run to Kmart, bought a helium tank for $39 which easily inflates 30 balloons! and problem solved. Thanks Kmart for saving the party and making a kid happy! We are locals, and like to support local businesses, but this place has no clue about service. To upset a kid, when all it would take was 30 seconds is incredibly disapointing.
Brilliant customer service! I called to order air filled balloons for my partners birthday as they offered free delivery for orders over $80. Not only were they able to accept my order with only a days notice, but they were also able to deliver the very next day after 4.30pm on a Thursday, as that was the only time I could be home. The balloons were a HUGE surprise! We ended up with 51 balloons that filled our lounge room! We got so many photos and they are still perfectly inflated 2 weeks later with no signs of deflating any time soon. Money well spent!! Thanks team for helping me make the surprise so much more exciting. :D
I needed an emergency same-day balloon delivery for my 30th birthday after another order got mixed up and Balloon Saloon came through in the middle of lockdown, no less! I would happily avail myself of their services the next time I need birthday balloons :.
