Jill"},{"text":"Friendliest staff in the world! My husband and cousin and I visited on Saturday afternoon on 15 Oct. From the MOMENT the sliding doors opened we were made to feel exceptionally welcome. The staff at the front desk, restaurant and bars ALL, without exception, made every offer for any thing to make our visit a thoroughly enjoyable one. They smiled, chatted and went completely out of their way. Staff member after staff member were outstanding. The food was delicious and quick to come, and the drinks were lovely and cold too. We were visiting Ballina as my aunt had died and we had a massive job to do in packing up all her possessions. Never underestimate the power of a smile and warm welcome. Thanks Karen and all the staff who looked after us. You made a difference."}]
