The staff at the Otaki store are simply wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they go over and beyond to help. The shop is beautifully presented and always looks fresh and inviting. Highly recommend  this friendly store. The staff in the Levin store are also wonderful and make great recommendations.  Lovely to visit.
