Nick and Luke from Ballarat Solar panels/Effective Electrical have been an absolute pleasure to work with. Throughout the 2 years I was in contact with them for our new build they were quick to reply to my lengthy questions and provided the time that was needed to feel confident in their service. Their workers installed an off-grid system at our new build in Castlemaine. The after-instal follow ups and service has been greatly appreciated, and it’s nice knowing that we’ve got technicians who are a phone call away, unlike some other providers who no doubt stop answering calls once they receive the money. I would highly recommend their service to others.
Cannot speak highly enough of Nick and the team at Ballarat Solar Panels/ Effective Electrical. From start to finish have been very supportive, provided great advise, the install was efficient and the whole system is fantastic. They use higher Tier products and insure the customer is well prepared and ready for Solar or Off-grid systems. Recommended to many friends and Family.
I had solar installed both at home & at my business premises. Jason was really helpful explaining the options & selecting those to meet home & work needs. The installations went smoothly & I’m happily enjoying a lower carbon footprint & lower electricity bills. Highly recommend their service.
Their product is excellent. Their customer service is unfortunately below satisfactory. They were great before we signed the contracts and until we paid. After they have received their money, they have been inconsistent with answering calls or returning calls. Even to book their electrician to do a pre inspection was an effort, as the only person who can book an appointment was on sick leave. Nobody else in the company was able to book that appointment. The installation team was fantastic. The office team were supposed to send us a welcome pack, with important information, which we still haven’t received. I called them to ask when we will be receiving that, they told me they are about to send it out. They weren’t able to do it earlier as the person who sends the welcome pack was on sick leave. When my husband called 5 days later to ask what’s happening they told him, they couldn’t send it out because of lockdown. It just seems that the office staff is very dysfunctional. They aren’t efficient at their job and have an excuse for everything. It’s a shame cause I generally believe in supporting local business, however sometimes it’s not the best choice.
Cannot thank the team at Ballarat Solar Panels enough for installing our solar system. Customer service and quality is outstanding. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Made the process really easy for us. Highly recommend this company.
Ballarat Solar Panels Effective Electrical did an amazing job with fantastic customer service from the time I requested a quote until the final installation on my mum's place. Highly recommend them if you're looking for solar in Ballarat or the wider region - we are about 30 mins from Ballarat. Truly top notch service, and as a result my sister is now talking to them about a system. Thanks guys!
We had a small problem with this company however when we bought it to their attention, they dealt with it quickly and went far and above our expectations, they were excellent. We would definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them . A very positive experience, thanks guys.
