when I  go i have not ever had my bp taken. been gong when needed for a few years and never had the basic checked out. at 60 with family heart problems this should be something done, never has been

Very lovely staff who want to help you.

I phoned twice today to make a quick phone call and before even having my [phone call answer I was on hold for 5 mins 30 seconds, and then again later - over 7 minutes. Never have I ever had to wait so long when calling a doctors surgery on a phone before even been greeted. Once my phone call was FINALLY answered the lady was rude and unhelpful. Obviously customer service is not a priority. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Arazoo is a very caring & knowledgeable doctor but it is almost impossible to get to see her because she is the only fulltime doc at the Vickers St. practice. When l need to see her it is usually reasonably urgent as l have a terminal illness. I cannot wait 2 weeks. Cannot understand why there are not at least another 2 full time GP's.

I like my doctor there but for whatever reason hes only there monday and tuesday. This facility is ridiculous for someone wanting a regular GP. 6 months pregnant and i cant even see ANY doctor for 2 weeks.  9-5 facilities are ridiculous. Will be finding else where. Absolute rubbish.

Terrific knowleable,experienced,Doctors. The staff are also caring,kind and very helpful. Highly recommend this practice.

This is becoming ridiculous have so much trouble getting an appointment having to wait in excess of two weeks.

Can never get anyone on the phone.  Have been on hold twice today for an hour each and still cannot get through.

I have found my Doctor Arazoo to be the most pleasant kindest and compassionate doctor I have ever come in contact with along with the Staff, very Happy Indee

All in all everyone is so nice and caring
