WORST CONVENCAYER EXPERIENCE EVER. Not only did I get overcharged by $350 from the owner of this company. She was rude and hung up on me multiple times whilst I tried to sort out this bill. They processed incorrect paperwork from an offer I rejected and wanted me to pay for it. I had to threaten a VCAT claim before I was reimbursed and charged what I was originally quoted. Twice I was sent the wrong paperwork to sign. I was left to chase up my own refunds from Water board, bank and Real Estate Company that was wrongly deducted from the settlement. They said it was not their fault and for me to sort it out. Don’t make the same mistake as me. Try someone else of a proper solicitor

I not only use and refer Barb, Kylie and the team from Ballarat Conveyancing constantly, I depend on them. As a real estate agent I need a professional team handling the pointy end of each transaction and I feel confident of a successful outcome every time when I know these guys are working it.

We have used Ballarat Conveyancing twice now, and have been most impressed with the excellent staff and professional conduct. We had the most difficult settlement you could imagine, seriously, and Kylie and her team handled it very well, were very helpful and ensured we got over the line and with adequate compensation. Could not recommend their services enough.
