I think I must have got a new person, first she said they didn't have what I asked for sardines, but they did, and next she didn't know what baby octopus was but the others did, and showed her. Not sure I'd go back.
Great to have such a beautiful fish shop close to my house. It's been wonderful experience with their stuff which are always fresh
Nice selection of fresh fish. They seem to vary their stock. I have seen sardines, carp, catfish, among the unusual fish. Deep sea mullet is a good inexpensive fish. You can get the fish cleaned and portioned or filleted. They also sell sashimi and a variety of prawns I haven't tried either. Nothing not to like.

So disappointed, the 1kg of cooked King Prawns we purchased today full price were old, falling apart when peeeled and tasteless. This was after I swapped from the fresh to cooked prawns because for every handful of fresh looking prawns the server added a handful of prawns from the partition at the back which were old even the server had to admit when I mentioned it that they didn't look fresh, that the heads were black and deteriorating. Balgowlah Seafood used to be our go to for fresh seafood, not any more!

These guy's have a good selection of seafood on offer and when ever I visit Stockland Balgowlah I drop in and purchase some fillets. Usually it's flathead and it's always super fresh. The guy's who work there give a great service. #letsguide #seafood #sydneyfood #sydney #australia
Just bought a crab and it was off. Rang to let them know and I get "ok I will tell my manager". No mention of refund or fresh replacement. Not impressed.....
Great display , lots of verities to choose , excellent service and wow very very fresh I love this place
great experience and excellent seafood. would love to be there anytime again.
