We asked to purchase a chia omega 3 wholemeal loaf and went home to see that although we were charged for that, we were instead given just a plain wholemeal loaf (easy mistake!) the thing is, we went back to return the loaf or atleast get the difference in change back if they were out of the chia variety but the lady simply shrugged it off carelessly and basically refused to do absolutely anything about it and said it was out of her control, it's obviously a very small issue that could've been easily resolved but I found it rather poor service from someone positioned as a customer service assistant
