The bakery is nice, staff could be friendlier, looks like they don't like to smile or answer customer questions about the products. It would be very good if they had a click and collect or delivery service, it would very useful.
The staff are always friendly and the bread is always fresh. They have the standard range of baker's delight products, and occasionally have some seemingly rare but very good pizza based on the counter. Great for an in and out stop.
The bread are delicious as usual. Today I bought 4 small cinnamon fruit loafs for my mom because she likes it, served by a lady name Holly who wasn't nice, no smile at all, she stopped and not responded for a while when heard my orders, and I do not know why. She seems wasn't happy and not having enthusiasm at all when serving me. I hope Bakers delight not only sells nice bread too but serve customers with nice face and sincere staffs too.
The thick slicer machine is always broken.
Everytime I've purchased something from here, it is always lovely and fresh. As for staff.... I have been served by Fiona a few times now. She always has a smile on her face and happy, as well as every efficient at her job. The food is always good, but it's staff like Fiona that keep me coming back to The 1 in Dickson.
Just another of the big chain of bakery shops. Standardized pretty average suburban fare similar to what you will find in the Woolworths. Always cheerful, quick and ready to slice loaves.
There is a variety of baked goods at the food outlet. The shop sign is prominent though brighter lighting will help customers make easier choices.
