A dissapointed experience and I think it's typical of bakery franchises of today. They aren't bakers. They don't know how to make bread. Bread doesn't stay fresh. Maybe it's the recipe?

This place has a dirty kitchen. Cleaning must be taken seriously for this shop. I really believe that food chains should have high cleaning standards and this guys are disgusting.
