Lovely Staff. Bakers Delight make the only commercial wholemeal which doesn't feel and taste like sawdust. On your credit card the shop will appear as VANINA HOLDINGS PTY LTD which annoyed me every year when I was reconciling statements until I asked the friendly person serving me who happened to be the owner, the lovely VANINA herself.
The service here is absolutely exceptional. The staff here are so nice and helpful and they are great with providing my LOWFOD loaves. To the person who only gave 2 stars based on one bad staff member shame, when reviewing maybe look at the whole picture and not just one bad person or experience because this definitely doesn't reflect this store. 5 out of 5 for sure!
Customer service very hit & miss depending on who you get. If you get the older blonde woman you get the bare minimum of service, condescending attitude & seems to relish handing out the driest dodgiest product possible. Got a hot cross bun & received the 2 corner dry one when plenty of softer ones left. Not sure if she's deliberately trying to sabotage this business. The other girls are fab & very obliging. Regularly buy my bread here every 2 days which is quite an expense but seriously getting fed up of this compromised service & product. Think I'll go across to Coles from now on...
Expensive but I wouldn't go anywhere else, and we make room for a loaf a week on a tight budget. I can't stomach supermarket bread after the fresh stuff from here. Most of their products freeze well if you don't finish the loaf.
The young staff are great , however the quality of there hamburger rolls and scones are very Poor ! I've returned a few times hoping for improvement unfortunately constantly bad ,coles ones are better
Quick shout out to the lovely young lady Anthea who works in the Toombul store. Lovely to see a happy, cheery face who seems to genuinely love her work space
I love bakers delight! They have plenty of delicious, freshly made baked goods with friendly staff.
Lovely soft bread. A bit more expensive than the supermarkets but having a sandwich with anything but the flour top loaves just seems wrong now :
Some great stuff although often I get sold dry and stale goods that should really be thrown out. The prices are too expensive for that to be happening.
wide variety of bread and snacks. i only recommend quicker service, especially in those busy days.
