Of the facilities: the facilities are modern and spacious, a coliseum, you can play basketball and soccer, gyn, sauna, the spa is having problems, birds work and others do not, 25-meter pool, another hot water pool and a pool for children with small and fun games. my children train swimming, the teachers are very dedicated and professional, I recommend them! the staff, lifeguard, reception or the cafeteria are super friendly. they also have zumba classes which are so much fun you have to try going!
Terrible Customer Service, Staff walked away whilst I was in the middle of ordering and didn’t even let me finish. Also made my coffee with a already used group head left in machine making my coffee bitter and terrible.

Great fun for kids and very warm for mum's and dad's..
Both my partner and myself were eyed and stared out of the place by lifeguards. To the point we couldn't go into a spa, sauna or pool without a lifeguard on duty eyeing us till the left the place. Best bet if your brown, asian, of colour, etc is to avoid the place. The pool staff make it obvious we aren't welcome
Staff are always super friendly and welcoming. Free Swim Fridays have been an absolute blessing getting my toddler used to the pool. Even through renovations the facilities are all you could really need
An adult with a kid under ten is now $5.50, get on it parents, the kids love it! Plus they're all worn out for the day and give you a little peace and quiet for the rest of the day! Yay! Edit, I think this might only be if you have a health care card. I keep getting charged a different amount each time I go so I can't actually work out how much it is. It doesn't help that each staff member has a different answer when asked the price for aquatic entry!!
Getting there early for the warm up and stretch in the small pool is great. Have a swim in the large pool once muscles are warmed up. Stay and join the aerobics in the pool is good exercise and great fun. No pressure to keep up is applied. Very enjoyable, good company.
Very clean, not too crowded, have lifeguards circulating the pools, customer service at the desk is lovely.
Great facilities paired with helpful staff leads to a fun time will give another star once the bathroom upgrades are done. Keep up the good work fellas.
