Great customer service and good advice on styling. Not too pushy either. Glasses came in a week early so very happy about that.
Loved the people and service, plus the range is great. However there was an error made with my order. We’re all only human so I’m just waiting another week for my glasses. The staff were happy to accept responsibility and try to prioritise.
A great experience. The optometrist was kind and professional and was able to assist with my eye exam. The sales people afterwards helped me find some glasses and sunglasses in designs that I liked. It was a great atmosphere and would happily visit this Bailey Nelson again.
