Went to visit the shop last week to make my tailored spectacle. Despite having many Customers in the shop the staff were courteous and try their very best to attend to the Customers in the shop and answering phone calls as well. What I like about this shop is the prices are reasonable and the quality of the merchandise are good. My tailored lenses turns out very well. Many thanks for an excellent service.
Came in to get my eyes tested as recommended by my partner. The staff here were so friendly, easy to talk to and happy. They were also very thorough with the test and were very transparent with me understanding about my eyes. Love the customer service here and would definitely recommend.
Positive altogether. All the personnel were very helpful and courteous. Their prices were very competitive and reasonable. I also wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the store Bailey Nelson for the quality of their glasses.
Just called the Miranda store to arrange an appointment for an eye test. I received a message advising me that no one can answer the phone or its outside of the normal business hours. At 3:30 pm ??. I left a message of "I guess you don't want customers then !?" Not good enough ! I will go to another optometrist in the area now. Thanks for letting me know how good your services are.

Excellent service from start to finish . Pacom not sure if spelling correct he was so helpful , I never felt rushed ; his advise on my glasses was great and when I went back to pick them up same excellent service , I had prescription sunglasses made and they were perfect . I’m looking forward to going back and getting my reading glasses soon . Margaret Findlay.
