Come and say hi - we promise it's loads of fun !

We are a friendly laundrette that provides service washes and DIY coin machines.

We are the only laundrette in Port Douglas so leave your bags with us and have a stroll around the town or get to the beach !!

We service from the hours of 8am-1pm Monday to Friday - and weekends you have the place to yourself, but we know you'd rather us do it - so come in on Monday!

If you want to call us to answer any of your questions or check our availability that day to fit you in - we are here for you....check the number on our page.

We can not only offer you a smile but affordable clean, dry and folded clothes - what more could you want?

Honestly the worst laundromat I have ever been too, and I have been to many over the years. Firstly, all the machines are about 30 years old and don't wash properly. Next it's probably the most expensive laundromat in the southern hemisphere and finally the owner is extremely rude and completely ignored us when she came into the shop. Avoid at all costs. Probably more effective to wash your clothes in the drain, almost certainly cheaper too.
Quite good, very clean. Few options to wash, and a few temperatures to dry. I could change paper cash money, but I could not change the 2AUD or 50ct coins into dollar ones. Used only 1 time, from that experience I can recommend the place.
This place was an absolute lifesaver during our recent trip in Port Douglas and saved us lots of time! Lily and Helen were very prompt and helpful when my sister initially contacted them about some drop off and delivery of laundry - they couldn't do enough to assist us. I was a tiny bit apprehensive when I dropped off my initial bag of laundry as I had some expensive and high end items to be washed, but I shouldn't have been - all my delicates and expensive items were handled with the utmost care, and our clothes were laundered beautifully and delivered with care. Although the price isn't as cheap as a DIY laundromat, it reflects the level of service and care provided. My whites were crisp and bright, and my colours were washed as required and remained intact. Ignore any negative reviews, these guys are great. Thank you Bagwash, we will definitely be using your services when we return to Port Douglas again.
Very expensive $7 for small machine $10 for a bit larger. The dryers cost $8 minimum
30min cycle left marks all over clothes, washed again and still more marks! Machines desperately need a clean, do not recommend using
Spent over two hours and over $50 to wash our own clothes here. Two small loads. Spread between three dryers. I think they well and truly know the third dryer from the door doesn't work. Taking the piss a little I think, thought the cleaning service they offer seems reasonable.
Excellent service! Dropped of a suitcase full of family clothes and they returned back to our hotel within just a few hours. Great attention to detail. Reasonably priced for what you get. Who knew laundry could be so easy!
Rude and unfriendly service. Wouldn’t go back. Agree with some of the other comments below, over priced at $8 for a medium sized wash. All washing machines looked relatively clean but were old & tired looking. Large commercial dryers looked ok.
Lovely and helpful staff, have used self service and also their wash, dry, and fold service. Could not be happier with all my experiences, went the extra mile to help me out while I had two sprained wrists at the same time. Definitely recommend
Extremely fast & efficient service. We cannot recommend this place highly enough. Our clean clothes were promptly returned, by delivery to our motel which was an added bonus. Thank you so much for your prompt and professional assistance. Amanda & Cam
