Totally unprofessional, unethical online booking and customer Service.we booked court online and don’t want to go due severe weather warning in the area.Tried to cancel it online but when you click the cancel tab it pops a message that you can’t cancel this booking.what a joke.nSecondly when you ring and ask to connect to manager they just ignore and don’t even ring you back.nWe even told them to reschedule the same for next week but the customer service guy say we can’t do it.Not going to this place again and don’t even recommend anyone to go there.Just bunch of greedy people.There is no cancellation document on the online booking page.Photos attached for reference.
They have a few badminton courts. Was happy with the condition of the court. They provided shuttlecocks for free to use during our session since we didn't bring any. They also rent rackets for a good price.
Very good area to play indoor for the kids and rejuvenate themselves as Melbourne weather keeps fluctuating with sudden rain. Practice for cricket and badminton too.
Nice indoor area to play for the kids saving.
Great place for social or competition badminton.nGreat value and service for social use. Get some friends and give it a try.
