Traveling for 2.5 months through the Northern Territory and Western Australia and we think we have a winner: This might have been the best Eggs Bene we had so far. And we had lots! The mushrooms were large and perfectly fried; the poached eggs absolutely to the point; the hollandaise was so creamy; the toast perfectly toasted not to dark, not to light. And quite a portion as well - won’t need food for a while. Staff very friendly and fun, even though it was busy.
Our first visit here together was seven years ago. The food then was as spectacular as the views over the Indian Ocean. We are glad to report nothing has changed. The Seafood Chowder was fantastic. Not to mention Karen's Garlic Prawns.. The SSB deserves a mention too.. If you're ever passing Bunbury drop in for a feed...
We stopped by for some coffee and to enjoy the view. Coffee was great and the view was spectacular. Go there. You will not be disappointed. We didn't eat but we saw other guests enjoying tasty breakfasts.
Dropped by this place for lunch while we were enroute from Margaret river back to Perth and we were looking for a cafe/restaurant by the beach.nIt was great that we could make reservation called them as we were a huge group 6A7K.nnRestaurant was pretty crowded for lunch albeit on a weekday Friday. I particularly enjoyed the seafood chowder a lot! Taste was fantastic and fresh. Rest of food was ok.
I just had a look at the photo of the lamb ribs or lamb rack I don’t know what is was I had in this café today and cannot believe I paid $35.58 for itnI wanted to complain about them. But I was told not to.nIt was one of the worst meals I have ever had. The ribs or rack were over cooked and very hard to eat. The gravy was uneatable toonI cannot see $35.58 in this meal.
