The BEST EVER PARMA I have ever had anywhere in Australia so far, absolutely delicious!!! The staff were super friendly and promptly accommodating as we did not have a booking. I will definitely be coming back again. Beautiful old Victorian Era decor and perfect for the kids too.
The food is simple and fairly standard but it's executed beautifully, inexpensive but great tasting and good size portions. The staff are super friendly, quick and attentive. I go to "Back to Bacchus" pretty regularly even though there are a fair number of options down in Bacchus. Definitely my favorite restaurant in the town. I highly recommend it.
Never again will I dine here Friday night dinner for a birthday dinner. Dinner was served and plates were disgustingly still dirty from the last customer's meal. Not only my plate but every one elses plate was putrid. Spent Saturday with diarrhoea and upset stomach. Never again and totally disgusted with experience
After a long day at Sovereign Hill, we stopped at Bacchus Marsh & we stopped at this restaurant.I had the best gf butter chicken I have ever had. It had alot of flavour, tasty & it wasn't spicy at all. I have Celiac Disease so having a range of gf options was wonderful. I recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good food.
Very friendly staff. Food was good and tasty. No potatoes was an issue but not their fault. We will be back to Bacchus
Regular local dine here frequently. How frustrating that the management did not update the phone or web page to let us all know that they were closed over the holiday period. Still showed the usual open hours etc, even drove down to the Village, not happy….
This place was bloody great! $6 beer and $20 parma that tasted fantastic. Can’t go wrong!
Great food. Good sized portions and reasonable prices.Food: 5/5
We've been coming here for 5 years and whilst we love the food, the service can at times, be very poor. The waitresses need training on how to properly attend to customers. After they show you to your table, they walk off instead of immediately asking you if you'd like a drink. A standard in customer service. Sometimes you sit there for 10-15 minutes before they come back, by then you're desperate for a drink! One of the waitresses Lucy is excellent, but the others should look to her for guidance and professionalism. The guy Daniel surely must recognise us after 5 years but always asks us what name we've booked under as if we are new patrons. It's not hard to remember frequent customers names surely? He also tends to be miserable most of the time as if he'd rather be anywhere else. The food is great, cheap with generous servings. Just don't go there expecting timely or good service.
The lasagne tasted pike it had sugar put in it instead of Salk, the coffee was weak and the window seat table we were given was dirty and grimy
