I've been going to see Cassandra at Bach Hair Chelmer for close to a decade and couldn't be happier with the service and the stylists. A great salon well worth the visit... I now live in Sydney and still make special flights to Brisbane to make sure Cassandra does my hair.

My sister and I went in together with photos of what we wanted - nothong unrealistic either. My sister asked for something that they failed to deliver, but charged her for anyway. Their justification was that she looked really nice despite not getting what she asked for. That's like if you ordered the steak and the waitress brought you the fish and assured you that the fish is really delicious so you have to pay $300 for it. In truth she looked almost exactly the same as when she walked in. Essentially she paid 300 clams for a trim. My experience was slightly better but I don't feel like I got what I asked for either. Nice salon, nice staff, but save your money.
