This is the best baby store in Perth! This is my go-to baby store for all baby and toddler products, and the staff are always so helpful, its Perth family owned and run which I like rather than giving $$ to a chain store – we bought our bugaboo pram and baby car seat from here and they professionally fitted it into our car, so we were confident it was set up correctly. The team offer great advice for everything from baby prams and nursery room furniture, good range of clothes and educational toys. Some good ideas for baby shower gifts too. The nursery room displays are always changing and are a great way to visualise the whole room. The demo days are also a great way to learn more about the car seats, prams etc they are free to attend too. I would highly recommend Babyroad if you are in Perth and looking for a one stop shop to get all your baby and nursery products in one go. much bigger and unique range than the chain stores like baby bunting too.
My husband and I received amazing customer service from Lynsey, who was able to help us from the moment we walked in. She had really good product knowledge and was really accommodating in checking stock levels of the items we wanted. Other staff were really friendly too. The store also has a huge variety of items that we weren't able to find at other baby stores, so that's a huge bonus!
I recently received excellent customer service from Rachel who assisted me in getting a baby monitor that would work in my home, and again from other team members when I needed to upgrade from a capsule to a baby car seat. They fitted it on the day for me! Every staff member here is so knowledgeable on their products, they are never in a rush and I feel they are selling products they genuinely believe in. My baby and I love the many products we have from this store and after recent customer service we won’t bother with the big chains anymore.
Wow! Wow! Wow! I recently went to baby road along with my friend who is pregnant. We were blown away with the terrific service by the staff and in particular Carmel. She fixed my bugaboo pram which was slightly put together wrong, she offered amazing service and her positive and helpful approach towards customers is amazing. Her service is what would make me return to make future purchases. I hope this feedback is passed on to her. Thank you!
Baby road is in a league of their own in regards to service, knowledge and product quality, variety and availability. The staff are always so helpful and know everything about their products. They aren’t pushy or don’t put any pressure on purchasing. Will not be shopping anywhere else.
My husband gave me a pregnancy pillow from here for Christmas however a friend gifted me hers a few days earlier. When I went to exchange the one my husband gave me, they said they don't take returns on pillows because of Covid. Despite the fact that mine was completely unopened, original seal still on and everything. Very disappointed with how this was handled.
Bought a pillow for my wife- unopened and sealed, she simply wanted to exchange it for another item not a refund. This was denied by the store, as they said they don’t accept returns on pillows due to covid which makes no sense, but anyway… She left a review as she was disappointed with this- we have plenty of other items we need, and it would’ve cost the store nothing to exchange the item- in fact we would have spent much more money on that day on other items. Frustratingly, the store has lied in a reply to her review, saying I was told of the aforementioned policy at the time of purchase. Quote “your husband will recall a discussion with our staff member who made him aware this item could not be exchanged or returned!” This discussion NEVER HAPPENED. I was not made aware of this policy, had I been I would have simply purchased a gift voucher instead. We were disappointed with the manner in which we were dismissed, the nonsensical policy, and the condescending, unapologetic and dishonest nature of the staff both in store and in reply to her review.
Highly experienced staff, who let you browse in peace, with excellent knowledge of all areas of your needs, whatever stage of life or experience. Very professional, and friendly service. Not always the cheapest, but the shopping experience, and trustworthy advice is definitely worth it. Excellent parking, great access and clean baby facilities. I recommend Babyroad as your one stop shop! Find many classic and unique items for all your pregnancy, baby, toddler, gift ware, clothing, safety and comfort, decor, hard and soft nursery furnishings, travel, nursing, feeding, play needs and much more.
A lovely store, well-laid out with beautiful almost exclusively high-end products. Unfortunately, everything is ridiculously overpriced even taking the quality of the products into consideration. I have been to this store at least 30 times and can say that the majority of their products and brands are only available at the store and nowhere else in Perth only alternative is purchasing these products online. Lastly, depending on the day, the staff range from being friendly and knowledgeable, to dismissive and aloof.
Baby road always has good customer assistance. Today was exceptional! Thanks Dan for spending time with us going through different travel prams and answering all our questions.
