Purchased the aeromoov during the pre-christmas rush intending to receive before new years. Called and ordered over the phone with a lovely and helpful lady and it was delivered in two days! Could not be happier with the service. Thank you babyography!
Reached out to them via email to determine the exact shipping costs for an item, prior to ordering. A week later - still haven’t heard back. Have since ordered the item elsewhere and it’s been delivered within this time.
Great shop, great service, we even got helped by Gary if I remember correctly to bring up a feeding chair as part of a special delivery to the 2nd floor of our building. I can only recommend.
Best customer service from Michelle. Fixed the issue I had and constantly updated me and went put of her way to help. Ask for michelle when shopping here or online for customer service.
Decent product range although usually a long wait but service is suboptimal. Were waiting for 25min for a car seat expert who then rocked up and decided to help folks that just arrives. Poor customer experience.
