NIGHTMARE DIRECT  Not hygienic place: Each of the four boxes I opened from this place came with whitetail spiders, some of them huge I'm attaching some images, one box with a massive huntsman spider. This place is not hygienic to be polite in my definition. Not good, specially for a baby room.  High chances they will fail with your delivery: I purchased products that were supposed to be available and delivery time was supposed to be 2 to 5 days at the time I placed the order. Not true. Apparently, all products where available but in some warehouse in Australia and took 3 weeks after many follow-ups to receive them. There was another lady complaining about the same issue when I went to pickup my order and her case was worst as she never received her products after months of placing her order, and they didn't want to refund her money. She was just fighting to get her money back now.  Terrible customer service: After 10 days of placing the order which I thought it was available I requested a refund. Immediately they refused to refund my own money, which I found very unfair, considering the products were delayed and it should be my choice to get my money back as a customer.  Do yourself a favor and take your order somewhere else.

Going shopping at BABY DIRECT is always a treat. I wanted to express my gratitude to Baby Direct for their superb customer service. We were greeted by helpful employees looking for solutions that suit your requirements immediately. They offer an enormous selection, and the staff is knowledgeable about all things. They take their time to explain and offer beneficial guidance. The pricing is quite competitive, and the experience was made simple. Highly advise going to this excellent one-stop shop where they walk you through everything.

My partner ordered a silver cross jet 3 stroller from here as it was the cheapest around by a significant saving. The website said it would take 2-4 business days and it took 7 - which was fine as the communication was good when we enquired and there was also a public holiday in there. We became incredibly worried when the order was slightly delayed and then stumbled across all these terrible reviews online, but I can confirm that the customer service was good and the pram arrived and is in good working order. In case this eases anyone else’s mind in the same position.

I can't wait to use the pram that I bought from them. It's clean, fashionable, and everything it claims to be. Excellent quality and size, simple to fold up for the car and unfold again. It has great features as and competitive pricing. There are many other options on the market for this type of package and quality. Many thanks.

It's absolutely disgraceful that this company can take money for orders that that were not filled. I ordered a baby car seat and when I found out that I would have to wait a month to get it I cancelled the order. They have taken my money and given lots of excuses and sometimes no replies. I have asked for a refund and nothing has been done. Do not buy from this company. How terrible!!!! I had to buy one from somewhere else, they dont even deserve 1 star.!!

We only recently purchased our first ever stroller after being unsure of where to even start looking for it. The sales guy was a huge help in laying out what was best for us and how everything functioned. We'll return again whenever we need something because of their excellent service. Good work.

I was so worried about the store not shipping the uppababy pram to me after I saw the review from google. It looks I worried too much.  The pram delivered one and half month after I put order online. Really happy about the product.

I wish I had known about this shop sooner—I didn't know about it until a relative bought us a gift from it. When I went to the store, I was amazed to see their beautiful and high-quality products. They offer excellent customer service as well. Online chat with a sweet woman who was really helpful. One of the items I ordered also arrived one week earlier than planned. Amazing on every level

Terrible customer service.  I ordered a floor stock chest and paid for delivery in June 2022. I waited over a month for delivery. I kept getting informed it would be delivered on the weekend and it never arrived. I spent a couple of weekends at home waiting for my delivery.  Finally I asked if I could collect the product which I did and asked for a refund of the delivery charge. I collected the product in July 2022. It’s now December and I still have not received a refund. I phone and message daily and they keep saying the refund will be in your account today.  Will never buy from them again. Lack of communication. Take your business somewhere else.

The staff at Baby Direct has always been outstanding every time I've shopped there. The staff spent time not only explaining the products but also potential uses, advantages, and additional benefits. They have a wonderful selection, and the store has a wonderful atmosphere. adore this place.
