I had an amazing experience at the Preston store! The staff were super friendly and helpful, and they had heaps of cute gear on show. I was after a new cot and mattress bundle and they had a wicked range to check out. The prices were pretty competitive too! I ended up leaving with a top-notch bundle that fits my bub's needs perfectly. I'm all about recommending places that go above and beyond, so that's why I gave you guys a 10 out of 10 – keep up the good work!
Renovated but... feeding room is so small and doors not automatic. Thomastown is much better. Staff are unapologetic and slow. Be sure not to buy anything on clearance as they don't even take exchanges. The car seat installer man was nice and efficient.
Melinda was exceptionally knowledgeable and so reassuring to deal with. As first time parents, she guided us through all we needed to know to make the correct choices for this next part of our journey with ease, certainty and simplicity. She went above and beyond to ensure we were able to speedily have our new car seat installed, and tracked down our desired change table at another store efficiently. Melinda is an absolute asset to your team. Our installer was highly accomodating and educational. Thank you!
I want to express my gratitude for the exceptional service I received from Belinda. She went above and beyond in torrential rain, no less! and took the time to guide my husband and me on how to adjust our car seat, even 12 months after we had it originally installed. She took the time, care and made us feel looked after. This level of care and commitment is truly rare. Belinda is an outstanding professional and such a valuable asset to the baby bunting team.

Thank you team.nnOriginal postnTheir system is crap and customer service is useless. Ordered a high chair and waited for 3 weeks. Called the shop and confirmed it’s ready for pickup. Got there and the chair wasn’t there! Was it collected by someone else by accident? Was it a system error? They don’t know!nnI had to travel an hour return with a screaming baby in the car. You should find out when I called and save me a trip, that’s the least you can do!!
