I was horrified to witness a staff member speak to a women only asking for help with baby clothing for her new prem baby. This women was terrible the way she spoke to her. I also over heard at the front door this poor lady trying to explain to another staff member, that stopped her to check her bag firstly, that she happily agreed to, explaining how poorly she was treated by that staff member, to no avail as she left the store I myself and husband approached her in car park, as she was in tears.nWe have spent thousands in this store, and will not return from now on after witnessing that kind of cruelty treatment, by this member of staff.nJust lost me now, and for all products we would have brought for our new arrival baby..
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.nThey have everything for new mums.nTake a credit card with you.nMy kids are big now, good luck if you need to start from scratch!!!nDo recommend.
We had our hand me down car seat installed by Michael. He was like a magician, he knew exactly the safest way to install and also gave us great advice on how to restrain our baby the best. We are so thankful to Michael for his help as we thought we might have to buy another car seat. He saved us hundreds of dollars and gave us expert advice on what we should choose when we need to upgrade. Truly a professional, helpful, kind, understanding and willing to answer all of our questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience than dealing with Michael.

Staff very friendly whenever I have been in store. I recently accidentally went over the due date on a breast pump I hired and the staff were so kind as to not charge me to full extra month. I was so grateful. When you have a newborn at home every little bit of kindness like this goes a long way.
