Shockingly appalling service.nnI opted for an online order for Baby Bunting as they had the items I fancied online, unavailable in store here in Adelaide.nnAs a first time customer preparing for my cousin’s first born, it was imperative I got her a beautiful gift box, filled with all her baby’s essentials. When the date of my parcel’s arrival from online tracking was nearing, I contacted Osborne Park branch and to my surprise, the packaged was NOT prepared by staff and for the courier to collect for delivery. I was so stressed and devastated to find out my package was not on the shelf of packages to be collected as it was never prepared till after I added pressure to have the items gathered and packed. I assumed I was being scammed.nnTheir excuse? “The courier hasn’t arrived yet”. The dots did not connect and with the reputation of management’s prior poorly operations, made known to me during this time from other reviews, I felt seen and no longer was surprised.nnWhen I called the first time, management hung up the phone before my voice could connect to her line. This was what felt like a few seconds. I had to contact staff from Adelaide to get hold of management and staff at Osborne Park. No one answered the phone, despite the hourly phone calls from myself and the Marleston and Muno Para branch here in Adelaide. Osborne Park branch had to be contacted again the next day, from there, my issue was raised and made known to the staff who were very prompt, according to the staff from Marleston and Muno Para, who had gotten hold of their staff via phone.nnThe horror continued when the box arrived. The package and the items inside were either damaged and or heavily wrinkled.nnMy gift was incomplete upon the baby shower and the package was delivered after a whole week of stress.nnTo some, this would not be a big problem, but the attitude at Osborne Park management was shockingly poor and no one should of had to go through such an experience, especially from a fully staffed of more than 4 workers on shift that day.
I would highly recommend Baby Bunting and would give it a 10/10. The store is well laid out, making it easy to find everything you need, especially for first-time parents. They stock a huge range of products, making it a true one-stop shop for all your baby essentials.nnWhat really sets Baby Bunting apart is the knowledgeable staff. Having team members available in different sections to explain products, answer questions, and provide helpful advice makes the shopping experience much more informative and reassuring. This level of customer service is something that many other stores simply don't offer.
Initially this store had a prejudice against it before I went in as I called them and couldn't get through for 20 minutes. However, after going into the store. I can understand why. This store was absolutely huge with plenty of products. The staff ensured that each moment with the customer wasn't rushed and they listened and gave advice when asked.nnJeanette in the Prams/Car Seats was very knowledgable and helpful. She was able to assist multiple customers whilst giving us time to think and ponder on our pram. Thank you Jeanette.
We had such a great experience at Baby Bunting thanks to Carly. She went above and beyond to help us choose the right car seat, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure we felt confident in our decision.nnHer service was genuinely caring, patient, and not pushy at all — which made a big difference. You can tell she really cares about both safety and customer satisfaction.nnThank you, Carly, for making what can be an overwhelming purchase so easy and stress-free. Highly recommend asking for her if you’re in-store!
my husband and i recently came into the store to explore options as first time parents for a pram and car seat, and had the most phenomenal service from Wendy. she was knowledgeable, kind and caring - and worked immensely well under pressure, as the store was clearly understaffed for a very busy saturday midday rush.nwe ended up purchasing not only a pram bundle, but a car seat, nursery chair, baby carrier and mattress for our baby due in september.nncannot recommend Wendy enough, she truly went above and beyond.
