First time expecting parents very overwhelmed with the selection of car seats and prams wanting to make sure we found the perfect products that were going to keep our little one safe. We were helped by the lovely Nicole who was so so patient and knowledgeable and answered my million questions without ever making me feel silly. Very happy with our purchases and am sure will be back again for all of the many other things we will need along the way.
I have great experience visiting Baby Bunting in Osborne Park three times week after another. I was looking for pram and baby car seat and received great help from many stuffs. Even they were busy, they took care of two groups of customers at the same time which is impressive.nnThank you for Kata specifically! She really knows baby car seats and introduced them throughly that cleared up lots questions of mine. Really appreciate!!
Came in the Osborne Park store today to look for a car seat for my grandson.nThere are so many to choose from and I was so confused and thankfully I met Nicole what a delight to be served by her.nHer knowledge of cars seats is impeccable she is such a delight to deal with.nThanks Nicole for helping me out especially when it was busy and all other staff must be hiding.
Lovely experience with Annabelle, fretted with warmly, had a good chat. I’ve got a bone injury and have problems with walking properly, so got the product to the counter rather than me having to walk and waiting time was also not there for me. What an amazing experience, price, product and customer service outstanding. Looking forward to gift my mate and cannot wait to see his reaction for his baby. Thanks Annabelle and baby bunting.
Today I was served by Carly whilst looking for a travel pram. Despite my preferred option no longer being in stock in WA due to a new version coming soon she guided me towards another means of purchasing. She was still able to provide details about the pram itself including weight, canopy and basket size, even without it there. Fantastic customer service!!
