I went to baby bunting shop at Myaree in the last min before the shop is closed today. I’m so lucky to have such helpful staff Kristian , Tracy & Nathan who is willing to go back to grab the items in the warehouse and process the payment. They could just not helping and finish work on time, but they choose to stay back and assist. Thank you all their effort!
I just wanted to send a massive Thankyou to Emma at the Myaree store today who went above and beyond to sort out my return items. She was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble, she made the experience stress free and I left so happy with the encounter I had. Thanks again Emma! Please pass on my thanks and praise to her for being a great staff member and representative for baby bunting.
Kuistin, from Baby Bunting Myaree was just an absolute blessing to us- she guided and directed us with all the items on our baby list. She provided her honest opinion and went above and beyond to assist us with understanding each product and its features. We left feeling so confident and relieved that we made the right choices and selected the best products.
Staff didn’t answer the phone. Tried to call multiple times to ensure a product we needed urgently was there. Called multiple times over a 30 min period, other store tried to call them too. When we got to the shop 30 mins later there was no customers. Store was not concerned when husband queried why they hadn’t answered the phone
Brenda helped us out immensely with our exchange of bassinet, fantastic customer service. Our urgent need for a switch was met with kindness and efficiency, thanks again Brenda.
It is a difficult being an asian person in this country. It is even more difficult being a pregnant person and when you have someone like Brenda working here. Walked in today to decide on a pram to get. It was a very busy day as it's the last day of their sales, understandably all their staff were very busy so we decided to helped ourselves on trying out some of the pram on display. As mentioned, it was a busy day and none of the staff were available to help us out when we arrived. So we pushed a few prams around, disassembling and reassembling the seat etc. This staff by the name of Brenda came up to us instead of politely offer to show us how it is supposed to be done, decided to say "Don't do that, you're just gonna end up breaking it" then very briefly explained how it it's done, then we tried again according to her brief explanation and yet we get told like at least 2 more times "Don't do that, you're gonna break it". What she could've done instead is offer to show us how it is done if she's so afraid of things "breaking", and how about try saying "PLEASE don't do that, as that will damage the pram, let me show you how it should be done." We also noticed a lot of other customers were treated very differently, so I guess that's on us for being asian ay? Racism at it's best I reckon. Train your staff some manners maybe, although we did ended up spending few thousand dollar here, I don't think I'll recommend BRENDA however. Stay away from her I reckon.
Really like this baby shop nice helpful staff, great Aircon lol and they will fit your bubs car seat also ps toys n everything you'll need. Happy Nanna lee X
Very good after buy service.Got a breast pump set via online year ago.And two days ago it was broken down, after contacted product manufacturer and known it was still under 2 years warranty ,they suggested me went to the nearby seller store to seek for assistance. Approached to a staff lady called Kuistan to explain my situation and she was so helpful and professional.She followed policy and procedures patiently to arrange the replacement for me and make sure I got receipt for reference . Big relief as a breastfeeding mum need the pump to do the job .
Received a $10 reward email. When I tried to use it they said it wasn't showing up on their system so they wouldn't honour it even after showing them the email. Brenda and the manager were both very blunt and unhelpful - just kept shaking their heads and saying "call customer service" to everything I said.
Sue, the new assistant manager, is one of the best customer service personnel I’ve encountered. Extremely polite, helpful and considerate. The best experience I’ve had at any Baby Bunting store!
