Fantastic car fitting service. Stella and Aaron went over and above to accommodate our complicated situation multiple car, multiple car seats that seemingly didn’t fit with 3 across. Not only did they make it work, they provided valuable extra advice on strapping, and fitted us in their busy schedule to save us an extra drive from McLaren with a newborn in tow.
The staff Chris and Emma are so friendly and helpful! And love the store display!
Extremely disappointing. Spend well over $2000 in store to be given a $100 dollar voucher. Go to redeem voucher only to be told it expired 2 days prior. We were never told about the 30 day expiry. I cannot express how disappointed I am with Baby Bunting Melrose Park. Their customer service, understanding and lack of empathy are beyond ridiculous. Shop elsewhere.
Great place to go for all things to do with babies the variety is amazing and all of the different sorts of things you can get these days for your baby or grandchild well worth a visit.

Bad experience and staff is not helpful at all; bought a 4baby Walker 3 -4 months back. After 2 months, one of the front wheel stopped working and it’s dragging with the Walker and easily you can hear the sound on wooden floor that one wheel is stuck and not rotating. I called BabyBunting MelrosePark. Staff meme se said no problem we will find a solution or replace it or fix it. Today I specially came to their store and demonstrate the problem and compare the wheel with new wheel. The wheel of my baby Walker is stiff and not rotating smoothly. But the staff member said it’s rotating and it’s fine. Even I showed her and compared with other Walker and you can easily see the difference. Any person with common sense can see the difference. But lady staff member said it’s perfectly fine. I told them I am not here for refund or not even the exchange. I am ready to pay and give me spare wheels or fix the wheels I will pay all the expenses. But she refused to give any solution and asking for irreverent questions. Thanks for a wonderful experience. Will report to 4baby company as well.

Bree was very good when I was purchasing a baby seat. She was very helpful & efficient.
Literally they don't even deserve single star. I have bought stroller in November 2021 on lay-by when it was in special buy but it wasn't there in stock and still waiting for it in February 2022. Called Dozens of time but Literally no response at all and even Manager Stephen asked me to get your refund back thats all we can do. Second time bought item and asked them to do price match with Big w and they have done but charged me $6.95 as delivery fees even though I have bought the item in store. This is how they are doing price match and ripped off the clients. I would recommend to go The infants boutique or the baby Junction or go somewhere else then this store. Even try further up at baby bunting Richmond branch. Definitely not recommended to anyone.
My Partner and I went to baby bunting on Friday afternoon. We were looking at prams and possible car seats. When a lovely staff member helped us with all of our questions and even demonstrated how we could use the car sear capsule on the pram and showed us how to fold the pram so it would be compact enough to fit in our car.
