My partner and I have been into this store several times over the last 4 months and have not had a good experience yet. We have always had to hunt down help as staff are not forward helping and when you finally get help they seem to always palm you off to the next person. Id recommend product training as knowledge is lacking. Positive is that this store has pretty much everything. When they have a sale, they are competitive with the other retailers.

Rating purely on customer service as we didn't buy anything. Victoria was an invaluable resource for two totally gobsmacked first time parents in a baby shop for the first time. Her time was endless and her information and guidance was outstanding!! For us, she was the perfect sales person. When we are ready to buy, we will certainly be back to Baby Bunting Joondalup. It was also reassuring to know staff members don’t work on commission. We felt Victoria really listened to what type of parents we want to be and guided us accordingly. After our visit, we can honestly say we are not as daunted at getting our essentials as we were going in!

I purchased a Oricom baby monitor from Baby Bunting 11 month's ago. Over the past 3 month's it started to constantly beep and loose range. I was at my witts end - I've got a baby sleeping throughout the night and my monitor was keeping me awake every hour!! I phoned Oricom support and we carried out some basic trouble shooting over the phone which didn't help. Oricom advised that I needed to visit Baby Bunting to arrange my monitor to be sent awayfor inspection... I was very cranky on my way to the store until I met Barbara!! Barbara contacted Oricom support after inspecting & sighting the issues with my monitor and within half an hour; I had a brand new monitor as my original monitor was within the warranty period... Thank you Barbara from what was going to be a long drawn out experience to something quick and extremely pain free!! One very happy Baby Bunting customer.. So again, thank you 😊
