It was my first time shopping for baby products earlier this week, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff were all so kind and welcoming and took the time to chat and help me find what I needed as I was quite clueless. The much younger girl Tristan? was so friendly and genuine, I appreciate her patience when helping me! I left feeling really happy and well looked after and just wanted to say Thank you!

If i can select 0 star. I would click it. Awful customer service! An old woman served me to find proper product. She just left the product at the reception desk , and not notice me that. i ve been waiting more 10mins for nothing. Won’t go that store anymore. These employees should go back to training before they serve customers.
As a first time expectant mother, my partner and I were very excited to head into store today and purchase our pram. However, I left feeling so disappointed. Firstly, there was no one in the store yet no one offered to assist us with the prams. Once I asked for help, it felt like the biggest burden. I was greeted with no kindness or warmth and provided with the least amount of information on the product possible. My partner and I immediately left and purchased our $2000 pram online from another retailer.
