Heard mixed reviews about the company but personal experience was 5/5.nnWe were in here a couple of months before our due date to get all the necessities and Maureen was simply lovely and extremely helpful. We left with all the items that we required. Exceptional service and genuine assistance and recommendations, none of the pushy sales and nonchalant attitudes you get at some retail outlets. If we could have Maureen with us to shop all the time, we would.nnThe rest of the staff were very helpful and efficient too. Ash assisted with the check-out and the price matching saving us over $250, while Micheal was very helpful with helping us load up the car to take our bounty home.nnLeft with a smile on our faces, value in our bags and a memory that’ll last a lifetime. Thanks team, truly and sincerely grateful.
Terrible condescending rude staff. Read the comments of others. These people have a serious attitude problem. I came in for an exchange which they were refusing to do. I explained their policy numerous times by at that point she escalated to her manager over the ear peice saying with attitude “you better come down here she’s reallyyy reading the policy..” This attitude problem even stems from the manager Michelle. Do not shop here.
We paid for a car seat with some baby bunting giftcards today, then the lady with red hair at check out asked us to hand in the used gift cards.nWe never got asked about this in any shops before, so dont understand why then she gave a reason so they can “balance things out”. She kept asking a few times after we saying no. It doesnt make sense what she said coz you have records of everything in your eftpos and payment system anyway.
I had a lovely experience here buying a new replacement pram for my baby. The gentlemen showing us the prams was exceptional sorry I forgot his name!. Thanks for your help!
Sarah got us out of a jam with our car seat issues we had. Cannot thank her enough for being so kind to my daughter and assisting us with the purchase and installation of our new car seat.
