My husband and I were so impressed by how spacious the store was and the incredible range of baby products available. As first-time parents, we initially felt overwhelmed by all the options, but Janice from the Hawthorn store was an absolute lifesaver! Her expertise, guidance, and helpful tips made it so easy to understand what we actually needed and choose the right products with confidence. Thank you so much, Janice — you made the experience enjoyable and stress-free!
Awful customer service. I have two small kids and live around the corner from this store. I used to put up with their bad customer service because of the convenient location but now I choose to shop online as they are consistently rude and unhelpful.nnThe latest interaction was when I called to enquire purchasing a britax baby seat and wanting the seat to be installed upon purchase. The lady on the phone could not be more annoyed with my request. She simply kept telling me that I can’t purchase the car seat on the phone when that was not my request nor did I expect to pay over the phone. I simply wanted to line up the seat installation date with the date that I collect the new baby seat. The employee could not be any less interested in facilitating this for me. So I decided to spend my $800 to another company. Will never use Baby Bunting again.
Sarah in Hawthorn installed a baby seat into my car. She was fabulous.nShe explained everything to me. She was careful, patient and very polite.nBaby Bunting is fortunate to have such a great employee.
Been there a few times to buy / browse different products. Staff are extremely helpful. Kara in particular has been amazing every time. She is patient and knowledgeable.
Heard mixed reviews about the company but personal experience was 5/5.nnWe were in here a couple of months before our due date to get all the necessities and Maureen was simply lovely and extremely helpful. We left with all the items that we required. Exceptional service and genuine assistance and recommendations, none of the pushy sales and nonchalant attitudes you get at some retail outlets. If we could have Maureen with us to shop all the time, we would.nnThe rest of the staff were very helpful and efficient too. Ash assisted with the check-out and the price matching saving us over $250, while Micheal was very helpful with helping us load up the car to take our bounty home.nnLeft with a smile on our faces, value in our bags and a memory that’ll last a lifetime. Thanks team, truly and sincerely grateful.
