My partner and I are expecting our first baby and we’re feeling a little overwhelmed with all of the choices. Kara was so helpful and patient showing us through a few must have items.nWe had been to two other baby shops where we had been ignored and left feeling frustrated so to have Kara really turn that around and help us leave feeling excited was such a great experience.
As a grandparent I had Baby Bunting install a baby seat in my wife's car. I was very satisfied and very impressed with the quality of service and the detailed clarification of user instructions. Matt as the installer was exceptional.nnFurthermore I suffered a slight medical issue – bleeding ankle vein whilst the seat was being installed. The Baby Bunting staff responded magnificently to assist me, including calling 000 for their visit. Afterward they looked after me for a short rest before I drove home. They also called a little later to see that I got home safely. All in all I was super impressed by their care and kindness.
James at the Hawthorn store fitted my car seat yesterday and explained it very kindly, carefully, and politely. He repeated the explanation for me once the seat was fitted in situ and made the whole process professional and efficient. I'm so grateful for this safety support for our precious little one.
My husband and I were so impressed by how spacious the store was and the incredible range of baby products available. As first-time parents, we initially felt overwhelmed by all the options, but Janice from the Hawthorn store was an absolute lifesaver! Her expertise, guidance, and helpful tips made it so easy to understand what we actually needed and choose the right products with confidence.
