Amazing experience. All staff on this shop were so helpful. Harry the fitter went above and beyond to help us in our slightly rushed visit to get a new car seat for my son while down from Launceston. Highly recommend. And my vote goes to Harry for staff member of the month if the store has a program like this to recognise their staff.
As soon-to-be first-time parents, we walked into the store with limited knowledge, mostly from online sources and social media. During our visit, we had the pleasure of meeting Hayley, who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She offered fantastic advice based on both her own experiences and feedback from other customers. Hayley was very patient, listening to our concerns and answering all our questions with great clarity. My daughter and I visited the Derwent park Glenorchy ?? baby bunting and we just want to make you aware you have very amazing staff. We were served by Kiarna today and she told me she was new? Couldn’t believe that. She was so on the ball. We needed to collect a click and collect and she got onto it straight away then when we needed to buy more items she offered to carry them so my pregnant daughter didn’t have to walk around the store with them. We have a nice conversation with Kiarna and it made our experience so great. It was next level service I think I’m just more blown away that she’s new because it feels like she has been there forever ! We would maybe say she was made for it, LOL we also want to give a shout out to Anna I think who was also there and she was lovely. Will be visiting again because of these amazing people ! WOW! My daughter did give feedback online but not sure if that actually reaches your store. Well done Kiarna very happy and you are doing a great great job. And Anna ! Glenorchy teamnIs amazing!
