I had a wonderful experience at Baby Bunting Chatswood thanks to Kelly! She was incredibly gentle and kind throughout the whole shopping process. Her perfume smelled lovely, which made the interaction even more pleasant. Kelly was very patient and thoughtful when helping me choose the perfect gifts, and she even took the time to carefully wrap everything at the end. I couldn’t be more satisfied. I went to the store to find advice on purchasing a capsule that can go from the car to my Jengo Panorama pram, ended up purchasing a Maxi-Cosi and a universal adaptar for around 400$. After I took it home and try to set it up, I found it rattling and lose between the universal adaptar and the pram, I took the capsule back to the store to find out if maybe I was sold the wrong adaptar only to find out that the rattling was “normal” and it was for “suspension” purposes. I asked them to give me a credit or refund since the capsule didn’t attach firmly and safely, since they recommended I buy it, only to be refused. The most annoying part was the staff telling me that it was designed like that for the suspension as if they designed the universal attachment. Now I’m stuck with a poorly designed attachment for a capsule I won’t be using. Not buying anything else from this store and if you are, do your own research before purchasing any product. I’ve spent several thousands of dollars in the store only to be lied to and treated poorly when putting a complain.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Juana at Baby Bunting for her help with reinstalling our car seat for our newborn. We accidentally uninstalled it, and she was super kind and patient in helping us get it back in place. She made sure everything was secure and even took the time to explain how it should be done properly. Really appreciate her going the extra mile to make sure we were all set. Thanks again, Juana!

Terrible experience at this store today we went in to price match the Uppababy Ridge as we found the Ridge at the Memo a local store for cheaper. The assistant ignored me for about 15 minutes on the phone which was fine but eventually she spoke to me and told me they received an email from head office saying that they couldn’t price match the Memo. This is completely contrary to the price match advertising. So we wasted a trip out there while I’m 37 weeks pregnant. Hilariously we just rang the Alexander store and it was no issue to price match!!

They had no idea on expiry date on carseat. The strap was actually too old and potentially unsafe to use. Very unprofessional,  irresponsible and potentially dangerous. I hope someone will inform the manager and the workers as they had no idea. I had to do my own research after I was dismissed and treated as a time waster. Not good enough nIf they hadn't laughed at me when I was leaving I wouldn't have reviewed this a 1 star. The service was deserving of 0 stars really. I'd appreciate an area manager contact me. Thanks.
