This ain’t directed at this store just the general business. Purchased something with the promise of the bonus items and was told no longer available even though it was still advertised on their website. No replacement products have since been honoured and will be returning our product as you can buy most things cheaper at baby kingdom. Don’t waste your time emailing customer service as after 3 emails they got back tonMe after over 2 weeks.nWouldn’t choose them for any products and skip them on your registry

Been hear a few times with my wife looking at baby stuff the second time we came and got a car seat fitted and checked of and felt quiet taken advantage of and ripped off considering my attempt to fit it still installed was basically correct all it needed was packing up with towels.nThe total fitment and towels to pack it up and suggested, unnecessary extension strap was over $100 I felt just it was more about making money than safety .nnOther times we have been in store buying other items we need and staff have been very friendly and helpful which is why I didn’t rate it 1 star .

I just wanted to leave some feedback on our experience with your car seat fitting service, especially Juana. We have had two seats installed now and were lucky enough to have Juana both times. She is a great asset to your team, very knowledgeable and very friendly. I know a lot of people wing it and do it themselves, but the peace of mind from having an expert like Juana fit the seat is worth every cent. We will definitely be back the next time we need another seat fitted. Thanks Juana!

Very disappointed with the level of customer service, initially provided with an irrelevant response to my query, and then no response at all to my follow up emails regarding a car seat that is being sold by Baby Bunting Mothers Choice Prime AP Convertible Booster Blackened Sky and is a potential death threat to any child aged below 2 or 3 years old!! The product is still being sold on their website although many online negative feedbacks on potential dangers of this car seat for younger children, as it provides no support to the child's head. Baby Bunting does not seem to be caring about this at all.
