She took the time to explain everything in great detail, answer all of my questions thoroughly, and provide practical, honest advice tailored to my needs. No question felt too small, and she made sure I understood the differences between products so I could make informed decisions with confidence.nnThe customer experience was 10/10 from start to finish. I left feeling educated, reassured, and much more prepared for the arrival of my baby. Biljana's patience, professionalism, and genuine passion for helping parents stood out throughout the entire time.nnAs someone completely new to the world of baby products, I genuinely appreciated how much time she invested in making sure I felt informed and comfortable with my choices. The worst store I’ve ever been to the worst experience the worst customer service absolutely appalling. I’ve had so many issues coming into the store let alone the one that tops it up. Is them damaging my vehicle when installing a baby seat in my car after having the seat facing forward by professional installer locally he pointed out the damage on my Seat.nnThey are not admitting accountability for this whatsoever and blaming me for the damage with the seat being pushed back however I’m a widow mother which I’ve stated to them. I’ve lost my partner. I’ve had nobody apart from just me And my daughter, no one is in my car.nnThis has been taking three months Of chasing baby bunting Being referred to the area manager in Car installation who has not even replied to my emails In regards to apparently them fixing it under Goodwill.nnI’ve already advised if nothing is done about this, I will be Taking further action with legal Matters.nnThere has been no phone calls made which I Have mentioned multiple times For the area manager to contact me by phone and having a verbal conversation however he refuses and prefers emailsnnPlease note be careful:nnCar installations are supposed to be taken with care of peoples possessions and belongings and damaging people’s property is highly unprofessional! Also noting the posture of your baby/toddler Is to be carefully considered with the way they install car seats here. They are highly unprofessional and inconsiderate and all they care about is Making money off peoplenAbsolutely OutrageousnnDo not get your car seat done here be aware!!!!
My partner and I have never had a better customer service experience than I did today. I’ve been a manager from the moment I entered the workplace and I have to leave a review singing Praises about Claudia. Claudia’s patience, knowledge and just overall service made me want to buy more than I anticipated. I needed to find a pram adapter for my older model pram so she made sure that everything was ordered and would be delivered within 2-4 days. I went for a car seat and by the end of my shopping trip leaving with $1,000+ worth of merchandise. I will forever be coming back to Burnside BabyBunting for all future purchases.
Rude middle aged female worker. Seems to be a common thing at Baby Bunting.nnI visited Baby Bunting Burnside for a car seat install and had a really unpleasant experience with one staff member middle-aged woman with brown hair. After I paid for the install, she didn’t tell me I needed the receipt to show the other worker, then rudely told me to retrieve it from the bin—forcing me to pull it out of a closed bin, which was completely unhygienic.nnWhen I understandably said she should let customers know this before they walk out most people don’t keep receipts anymore with everything online, her attitude remained dismissive.nnIt got worse when I saw her pointing me out and talking about me to other staff, continuing even while I could clearly see her from the install area. As a pregnant customer, this felt humiliating and incredibly unprofessional. If I had the energy at 37 weeks pregnant, I would have gone back in to get her name.nnThe male staff who greeted us and assisted with the install were both good, but her behaviour completely ruined the experience. I won’t be returning and hope no other customers—especially pregnant women—are treated this way.nnThe Memo continues to hands down have better customer service experience.
