The service at Baby Bunting has been incredible. We purchased a pram in 2023 and ended up having multiple warranty issues with it. Each time we brought it back, the girls were so helpful and understanding of our frustration. In the end, they credited the full cost of our faulty pram and replaced it with something else despite the actual manufacturer refusing to do anything. 10/10 for their customer service and will continue shopping here as our family grows.
Had a very lovely visit today. The lady we spoke to was very wonderful, knowledgeable and honest. We got almost everything we were after and I'm very happy.
The Staff are extremely helpful and the customer service is some of the best i’ve ever experienced!
