Had the best experience with Jan! She was an absolute angel and helped us so much with showing us different double prams and the best one to accomodate us and what we were looking for. She also showed us the best compatible car seat capsules for our new pram as well. She was patient with us, customer service was out of this world and overall experience was warm and 10/10

This is a late review to praise Tri for his skills and kindness in helping me install the baby car seat I bought form Buntings. I installed it myself and asked him to check that it's done properly. Upon Tri's review, I realised the many flaws I made as he so kindly fixed them on the spot for me. I now feel assured that the car seat is correctly installed, ready for a new life to earth!

**Incorrect Dispensing Volume:****Water Temperature and Level MeasurementnErrors:**nnI regret to share my recent experience with Baby Bunting regarding my Baby Brezza Machine Order #602376959, placed on 28/12/2023 with Baby Bunting Online.nnDespite my efforts to address issues with incorrect dispensing volumes and water temperature/level measurement errors, I find myself compelled to express my disappointment.nnUpon encountering problems, I reached out via email but received no response. In an attempt to expedite the resolution, I visited the Bankstown Baby Bunting store, only to face challenges with their return policies. Despite my third visit and multiple interactions with store representatives, my concerns remain unaddressed.nnThe incorrect dispensing volumes and inaccuracies in water temperature/level measurements have led to significant issues, including inadequate mixing quality and potential health concerns for my baby, as advised by our GP. The gravity of the situation seems to be overlooked, and the store's reluctance to comprehend and address the severity of these matters is disheartening.nnI have also highlighted these issues on the Baby Bunting email, attaching a photo and a video of the milk dispensing for reference. Additionally, I've noted similar concerns echoed by other customers in their reviews on the website.nnUnfortunately, as of now, my concerns remain unresolved, and the return process has not been expedited. This experience has left me frustrated and disappointed, as I had hoped for a more customer-focused approach to resolving product issues.nnIn conclusion, my confidence in the product and the customer service provided by Baby Bunting has been significantly shaken. I urge the company to reconsider its stance on these matters and prioritize customer satisfaction and product quality.

Store staff was good and customer service was fair. However, baby bunting product team attract the customers by increasing the actual price of the item and then put 50% discount to show the price is discounted. The price after discount is the real price and fair market value of the item. So in real there is no promotion or sale ..just marketing tactics.

Customer service skills and communication made by Sora was top notch . She assisted with buying baby’s car seat and stroller . Exceptional knowledge about items and the way she communicates and explain all the features are just perfect. I’m not sure if she is the store manager but she does have the skills to be one. Thank you baby bunting and Sora for all your help!
