Ordered chips … great response time from order 10min. Customer service was great. Unfortunately that’s where it ended. Took chips back home and they tasted burnt, hard and stale. Seemed like they were chips cooked from a couple of days ago and heated up. Even tried to smother them in tomato Sauce. If you are picking up I’d recommend checking your chips before leaving
Absolutely amazing burger. The meat patty is amazing! I got an extra chicken party and bacon on the burger and it was incredible! The quality of the patty and taste of it is too notch. One of my favourite burger places I have tried in Brisbane. Great customer service, friendly staff. Would definitely recommend. I'll be back :
Congratulations guys, I am awarding yous my highest rating 10/10. I am a Burger fanatic, I moved to Qld 4 odd years ago and NO WHERE in qld compares to the god like burger I just had. It wasn't greasy, the flavours mixed amazingly, it was a decent size for price. I can not stress enough how AMAZINGLY LIFE CHANGING this burger was it was perfect. I will be back tomorrow
These new owners are fantastic. Menu is simple and perfect. Everything is fresh and served with a smile. Highly recommend. Burgers are amazing.
Our new go to place for Fish and Chips! Got the #4 King and Queen and Knights, fish and chips pack. Fantastic. The crumbs on most items cod, prawns, seafood stick are proper Japanese panko, super crunchy, and everything had so much flavour. Tartare sauce had a good dill hit with citrus zest, very fresh and perfect with everything in the pack. Calamari was huge and really soft, cooked to perfection despite being very busy for Good Friday. Crab ball was proper pulled crab, so good. Well worth the trip to Gumdale and we will definitely be going back to try the bulgogi burger and chicken pack. Absolutely recommend.
This used to be a well integrated but a bit dated fish and chips shop. It was renovated and is under new ownership. While it looks much nicer though, I simply do not understand their menu. Do they offer grilled fish as well? What salad choices do they have? I have walked past several times but so far had no idea what to order. Will try next week and update my review. EDIT: I’ve already left a review on facebook and I like to leave some constructive comments: The quality of the fish as well as the presentation was good. Salad was good, too. Here are some suggestions: Firstly, your fish and salad as combination is quite expensive, maybe offer a fish and salad deal? Secondly, you only offer one garden, maybe offer different salads? eg couscous salad or pumpkin/feta salad or greek salad. Thirdly, i‘d like to know where the fish is from, maybe put it somewhere on a sign.
Food was good so was customer service, nothing spectacular. Questioned the sign though, would rather "Burgers, Fish, Chips & You". Food was a great temperature and came out fast! :D
The boneless chicken is really good but the fish will surprise you. Super fresh and top quality – it’s better than most other fish and chip shops around.
If you love a good hamburger, make sure you get out to BFAY. I love a good hamburger and these guys make some of the best I’ve ever had.
Tasty steak burger. Some steak burgers can have 'stringy' or 'chewy' meat but not here; here the steak on the burger is tender and tasty.Food: 4/5
