Plastic handles degrade in the sun and crack. Zero support from B&D "Contact a dealer" Is the standard response. Abrubt care zero staff.
Rubbish product, performs poorly, constant problems, had 3 doors for 7 years. Never buying again. As others have said ZERO aftersales support.

I WANTED TO ORDER 2 DOORS----NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK SO THERE IS NOT MUCH CHANCE OF GETTING AN ORDER IS THERE B&D???

like our door but I find their aftersales service to be very poor. the girls in the office when you speak with them can be quite rude and the overcharge.

I had a mixed experience ordering a commercial door via B&D. The door itself is great and serves it purpose but ordering was a pain. I was given a date when it would be ready for install and prepared other logistics around this, When calling on that day (Wednesday) to check what time installation was they informed me it would not be ready until a week later. As I had booked in a machine install that following monday which was reliant on the door being installed so we could move it into the factory I had to cancel the install, divert installers from over east and pay for temporary storage and insurance of the plant until the following week after the door was installed. This caused a huge extra cost to me, many times the door cost over without a single care or follow up from B&D. My advice is get a lock in date if you are running to a schedule or don't take the risk.
