This is the worst builder i have encountered in Victoria. We have bought an off the plan from a developer which B central constructions is the appointed the builder and part of B Central group. They have ridiculous workmanship. It seems like they have hired amateur tradies to complete the work. There are so many scratches, dents and marks, uneven paints all over the places. I can't even manage to capture all of them. One of the worst is how the hell a nail is protruding dangerously into the inner of the window metal panel. We get into another shock when we are inspecting the structure and design in the inner building. They have actually built an open storage cage right beside the car lot. Can you imagine how much exhaust dusts will gather on items in the cage. Another not so impressive design of the metal storage cage, i have no idea why it is designed in this way, and now resident has to lift their items up but what if it is too heavy to lift. I am totally not impressed whoever has designed the interior. I feel this builder is out to cut corners at every possible way, the material of the carpet, wooden flooring and Bosh electrical appliances in the apartment look so cheap, oldies and flimsy. I have no idea how many projects this B central construction is involved in, but my advice is to avoid at all costs.
