I had a problem with the flowers that had been given to me as a gift.I emailed the owner of the store Micheal, he was happy to refund the money, and he also gave me a beautiful bunch of flowers when I went in there to pick up my refund, and apologised profusely for the inconvenience. Thank you Micheal for your understanding and great customer service, you did go above and beyond to make me happy. You don't get that kind of service just anywhere. I will be back again for sure. A very happy customer 😀

Great selection of flowers. Had absolute no idea what I was looking for (typical man) and I was helped greatly by the friendly staff! Highly recommend this florist - not overly priced either (considering the location).

Bought flowers here last October when I proposed to my girlfriend. The lady at the shop was wonderful, I didnt get her name but thank you! My fiance loved the bouquet :)

This place is just amazing! The wide ranges of native plants and flowers, reasonable price and the friendly staff (forgot to ask her name). She helped me the selections and add a dash of her magic to make it looks like a million. Thank you! Highly recommend.
