I totally agree with Lauren reception no time for people and when some one has bad ear infection can't here the rude reception female I make formal complaint with doctor soon to fix this still waiting to see Dr win I never call I only go there get appointments. You are so right Lauren real Rude no idea be polite I worked with rudest people in country this reception shocked me
The most unprofessional Reception Staff I have EVER experienced.... & this comment comes from someone with a vast Medical background...spanning across a 50yr period.....phonecalls go unanswered...or they hang up in your ear no consistency & no continuity of Rx
Easy online booking. Friendly staff that help with the process. Every Dr that I've dealt with there is great with the kids and myself.nnConveniently has a pharmacy attached. Xray and Blood located in the same complex.
Great surgery. Dr Martinez is brilliant and the nurses are kind & caring. Ive been to this surgery 3 times in the past 4 weeks which is a 3hr round trip each time and have not been disappointed. The booking process is easy, reception staff friendly and wait times acceptable. Definitely my Dr and surgery of choice in the region.
Don't try calling for an appointment.. they don't answer. If you do get through don't be surprised if they are booked out for about 2 weeks in advance I struggled to understand this when they don't take booking calls? You would find better medical services in Ethiopia.
