Food was made relatively quick. Quality was delicious. We went during lunch time and supposedly had lunch time prices but they seemed to be the same prices you’d pay at any thai place. The portion sizes were a little on the lesser end so if you are hungry i would recommend getting an extra plate if you have capacity to share with someone. Overall would come back.
Nice and tidy Thai restaurant. Very quick service, a little too quick as our mains arrived before our entrees. Soft shell crab was fantastic although I think the servings of their main dishes were not generous enough .
Food and service are ok. Food portion is a little smaller than expected. Just feel weird how they put the chopsticks into the food when serving the dishes. While paying it was a little slow and not giving a receipt by default. Amex not accepted.Food: 5/5
I Asked to make the pad Thai chicken less sweet. Then they made it extra sweet LOL.. I didn't asked them to make another one cause I was on my break, I didn't want to waste my time. well I just waste my $14. lunch special price Seriously your shop's Pad Thai noodle is too sweet! I have to mention it every single time when I order it. There are no good Thai place near Rhodes. p.s waiter just sprayed the sanitiser next to my table. now my pad Thai taste like chemical. Thank you for extra flavour :
Do not come, spend your money elsewhere!!!!!! This review is going to be long and I will explain my rating in three dot points: 1. Low-quality food: The egg in crab and prawn omelette was slightly burnt. Inadequate amount of food served and I was not enough half full with $20 spent and I couldn't even spot there the crab meat is. My partner ordered a $14 'angry noodle' which is basically a tom yum noodle. If you want to know how it tastes like, go to the thai supermarket and buy those $1 thai instant noodle, they taste literally the same. 2. Unknown black spot on the chicken: as shown in the last two photos attached below, you can see those dark spots and areas on the chicken meat. I asked the waitess what this is and she couldn't explained it. She said they can cook us a new bowl of noodle, but she was called away by her manager seems to be before we could reply her. Then, she returned to us with her 'manager' claimed those dark spots to be the bruise of the chicken and were not from them i.e., a disclaimer saying that this is not their responsibility regarding the quality assurance of food. 3. Bad customer service: the waitress never mentioned anything about refund and cook us a new bowl after this, and left us an impatient look on her face. I won't expect a decent customer service from a street stall, but the customer service is below the average considering those factors that the restaurant is at a shopping mall, average quality food while being pricy. Never ever gonna come back again.
Sorry to say but the food wasn't all that's cracked up to be. We ordered a chicken satay lunch and a beef pad see ew and costed $29 in total. The beef was very chewy but the spiciness hit the spot. The chicken satay was what's ruined the visit. The 'satay sauce' was more watery than a sauce, there was roughly 6 or so chunks of chicken, and the veggies were either half cooked or weren't cooked at all - thought it'll be fried/cooked with the chicken and sauce. It was quite bland overall. There seemed to be more floor staff than patrons where they were on their phones or just hanging around the inoperable register. Unfortunately, this visit was quite unpleasant and it will be our final visit overall. Good luck to you all.
Food is average, ordered a chicken noodle soup, the noodles are flavorless, I had to add extra soy sauce. table was very sticky n dirty, asked the waiter to wipe it down but it’s still incredibly sticky that constantly catching my sleeves when I was eating see the picture, I wipe the table after him with that serviette , didn’t offer anything for me to place the bones, took my unused spoon when I only just started to have my noodle soup, was very odd. For the record I visited on Wednesday lunch time, wasn’t busy so I expected better about the hygiene n service.
Definitely recommend Ayada for Thai food in Rhodes!! I love the roasted duck with plum sauce, very juicy!! Also chilly soft crab very crispy and yum Absolutely will be back!!
Awesome food. The small plate of crispy pork belly is just delicious. The dipping sauce with it makes this dish. We also had the chilli basil beef and pad see ew too... really enjoyed both dishes. We left super full and happy. Will be back - thank you! EDIT: Came here for another dinner. Ordered this time chilli soft shell crab, pad see ew, chicken satays, spicy fried rice and crispy pok belly. Awesome meal!
Love their food! The Curry Soft-shell Crab was full of flavors! The vegetable stir fry was ordinary but tasty. The rice was generous amount, made lunch for two of us.
