I was thoroughly impressed with AWS Services throughout the process of rebuilding and waterproofing my foundation. I met the estimator before the job at my home multiple times and he walked me through the process. We continued to communicate on the phone throughout and his team was very professional and respectful of my house and my space. Taking into consideration the disappointment of having to rebuild a foundation, I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend AWS to anyone who needs foundation work done.
I've had nothing but problems with this company. I had the job done about four years ago now and they've come out to attempt to "fix" it about 6 times. The surface just keeps bubbling up and they have patched it with different colours so my balcony is a mess of bubbles and patches.
I was extremely satisfied from day one - from the leak detection that needed to be done to completion. Very professional, prompt and a man of his word which are all great qualities to in dealing with an individual who will be trusted to work in and on your home. I will definitely recommended their waterproofing services to all my friends and family and always use them in the future, if needed, without hesitation! Additionally, the quality of the work was outstanding.
One problem after another. I employed AWS to fix part of my bathroom ceiling. Paid the deposit and organised a time with them to start works, no one turned up, I left several phone messages, emailed twice and received no response. I called head office and was told the person who was meant to come had left the company it wasnt until I followed up that they decided to inform me of this. Was then told that they were trying to find someone to assign the job to... 1 week later still hadn't heard anything, I again called them back. Was told someone would be out in the next few days. Over the next 2 weeks had several different sub contractors attend which left my ceiling looking terrible, a completely different rough finish to the rest of the roof, a different level to the rest of the roof, and a different colour, they also failed to fix the cornice which I was told was part of the initial quote. Contacted their office again. Another week later was told by Brad the project manager that he wasn't aware I wanted it "done properly". Another person was sent out to fix it. 6 weeks later when the job was meant to take 2 days to complete it was finally finished and you can still see the uneven render that was initially applied. Strongly discourage anyone from using AWS, unprofessional subpar service.
YOU MUST use this company for anyone with concrete crack issues. No other contractors could do it but the concrete repair specialists from AWS could. NYC Sidewalk provides every step necessary to repair, replace and prepare necessary documents to the crack issues without any headaches. The average tradies cannot do this on their own and to have such a service is imperative for any home owner. AWS Services offer the utmost in professional, prompt and courteous concrete repair service. Do not even hesitate to use their services.
