I love the unique and inviting interior of Awkward Jeffery. I had breakfast and coffee with my husband and we loved the open fireplace, the artwork on the walls upstairs, the spiral staircase.. a must visit when in Daylesford! Thank you to friendly staff for welcoming us

Great, relaxed atmosphere. Friendly staff. Tasty menu. Great for a casual lunch or breakfast.
Cosy little cafe with open fire, art and lots of lovely plants. Great coffee and lots of great options on the menu for vegetarians and gluten intolerant. Loved the mushroom buttermilk roll I had with the chunky purple chips on the side. Would definitely return on a trip through Daylesford.

Great coffee and excellent and super fast! service. Food was also good. Cool art on the walls and a spiral staircase to some quiet seating upstairs. Just off the main strip, so isn't generally too busy.
Friendly, attentive service. Coffee: incredible. Trout sandwich delicious. Decor nice, cosy without being oppressive or tight. Mark my words, I will eat here again.
Love this quirky place. Staff was friendly and very accommodating to our group that included 2 children with various dietary requirements. Food and coffee was great!
