Great charcoal chicken at affordable prices. Spacious place with adequate seating. Food was tasty and portions were fine. The charcoal chicken with garlic sauce is the highlight, chips were crunchy, and went well with chicken salt. They have other dishes too and feels like an authentic experience

Hawa is a good place to meet friends or business associates. It’s quiet and spread out. You can actually have a really good conversation while snacking on the delicious food. And it’s still a pretty reasonable price.

Hawa Chicken Granville. I was first recommended by a friend back in 2017.  I tried it and it was the best BBQ chicken I had tasted….  I returned over time any time I had the option to be in the area. The BBQ chicken was the best I had eaten just amazing. The garlic sauce was as good as I had anywhere, and the pickles crisp and so very tasty.  Unfortunately Covid-19 came to town…. It appears that things are not as they nice were at Hawa. The last two times I have been the chicken has been dry, the pickles soft. But the garlic sauce is still amazing.  The other big highlight to me was previously the line was out the door, these two times no to little wait with very visible few locals.  It’s a shame, in my opinion this was an amazing concept, but I guess not all great things last.

Visited this place early in the morning when they open for business, at that time only charcoal chicken was available. Charcoal chicken with garlic sauce was amazing. Chips were also goodFood: 5/5

I am always happy to visit Hawa chicken, The portion size is fantastic and very tasty. Service is fast and the staff are friendly. This time I got a double skewer plate, and as you can see amazing. Will be returning again soon I totally recommend this place.

Best charcoal chicken in Sydney. Getting pricey but worth it.  Just wish the vege plate came with a couple felafel like it used to.

Charcoal chicken here is usually juicy and they've improved their garlic sauce recently. Wish they gave more chips in the small.

I had the lamb shawarma & chicken liver roll, delicious sandwiches. A lot of care was taken into making the sandwich rolls. Thank you Hawa!

Hawa Chicken Granville is the ultimate place for Middle Eastern Causal Dining and I can say that; being a proud Persian Australian myself.  My family loves it and it's a great place to dine it and enjoy.  The staff there are just wonderful too and I don't know the Manager's name, but he's very cool.  June 2021: Went back for takeaway and love it!

This place is without a doubt the BEST middle eastern charcoal chicken/meat in Sydney. Great vibe, plenty of seating, clean and the food OMG!!! Tried the mixed plate and shared half a chicken 10/10 hectics! Keep it up guy's that was worth the drive from Manly! I will return soon!
