I was involved in a major car accident and Senior Constable Elise was so caring and sympathetic towards my 14 month old and wife. She provided all appropriate paperwork and really handled the situation professionally.
Very helpful people manning this station; the venue is one of the quieter police stations of the Moonee Valley City council but the professionals who work here are patient, friendly and most helpful.
An S/C dealing with a matter of mine was most professional, respectful and tried her best to de-escalate the situation. Her first name is Catherine from memory. Constable Lison there proved to be one of the most dedicated members of the force I've dealt so far. IMHO he needs a promotion.
Very helpful and responsive. Some people in my neighborhood played loud music at 1am, called the guys and they arrived in just a few minutes to shut them down.
Never trust this station waited an hour an half for someone to ring me for a meet when I told to be there at a time I was there waiting and a no show no call to say that they couldn't be there wasted my time I wouldn't trust this place go somewhere else

Very poor vechicle patrol staff they falsely gave me a fine for doing nothing wrong i have lost all respect for the police in this area and will not donate now i have to take time out of my hectic life that was made worse by you guys falsely giving me a ticket
When we asked for help thry gave us a fine instead. And there was no explanation. I don't trust police anymore
Majority of staff are beyond rude! I always go to moonee ponds when I need assistance because they're not rude and they always help.
