the staff is friendly and courteous, the formalities were completed quickly and easily, after 10 minutes I was already on the road with the rental car. The return also went like this, no waiting times and more friendly service. I would be happy to come back anytime
Last week we returned the car at Good Friday, Avis Christchurch was closed at that time. We returned the car on time at 14:42. However, Avis made our returning time to 16:00 and charge us for one more day as an 1 hour delay penalty. It’s better to use Avis airport at Christchurch to avoid this kind of things happened.
Last week, I tried twice to rent a car on your website. Everything went well, I even received the confirmation. Only to receive an error message a few seconds later. I tried again and the price was higher. And again it did not work. I later tried to go to your office and no one was there. Let's say I looked elsewhere afterwards.
Hours were wrong and the facility is very hard to navigate.
