I'm not the easiest of customers to deal with  (they will agree I'm  sure haha ) but Tony Charlie and guys have always fit me in and all works have been done quickly  and I've been back on the road again  happily motoring along . Not forgetting the front office manager always pleasant and very professional . I would not hesitate in recommending Autotest Service Centre in Eltham to any prospective customers .

BEWARE !   I had to take a car in for a rwc I had a pre inspection done by him and he told me all up it would cost me about 700 to fit some parts like a new swaybar link and some things under the car . I went back there only to be told I could never register my car again due to it been in a crash , turns out all it needed was a viv certificate from vicroads and vicroads said that it needs to have a rwc to get a viv ! Go figure I got ripped off and not just the road worthy he got me for parts and then told me he couldn’t go through with the rwc . After I just spent 860 cash . And I didn’t get a courtesy  car to drive ! I had to walk he said it was my age but I’m a fully licensed 26 year old  Stuff that place I will never go back

Great service by Charlie. Cheaper than I expected and was done in a good amount of time. I feel like I'm driving a new car!
