I had to take my car to this garage this morning to recover my vault key that got stuck underneath the driver seat rails. Stuart and Murray attended to it immediately and recovered the key in few minutes. They didn’t charge me for this urgent service, which is very generous considering how helpful they were in rescuing me at this situation. I’ll definitely recommend them for any service and maintenance, for sure their customer service will definitely impress any customer. Good work Team

I parked in their NO PARKING “auto masters customers only”. Fair enough i should not have parked there. But to yell at me and stare me down as soon as i parked there. How would you have known if i was a customer or not! AND THEN TO THREATEN ME IF I DO PARK THERE. I was there for not even two minutes. Go kick rocks. Very professional of you guys and an absolutely great way to represent your business!!!

Got my car serviced here while passing through Perth. Team was quick to respond to my enquiry and booked me in right away. Service was hassle free. They called halfway through after finding a few minor things that were needing to be replaced but checked I was happy for them to do it before proceeding. I was really desperate for an AC service as I wanted to drive to Broome on Tuesday, walked in Saturday morning and could bring my car in the same day.  Very friendly service too!

Murray is great. Coming here for 5 years. I always feel like I'm getting a fair deal.

I don’t recommend this garage. I called this garage to change the direction and the timing belt. Despite a price of $2600, the job was done.  When I picked up the car, there was a big noise and I discovered a leak. I brought the car, "they hadn't seen these problems".  They changed the water pump which they should have done when changing the timing belt and a pulley.  1 day after picking up the car, the car was noisy belt problem, leak on the pump which they changed, and the steering which is supposed to be new is already worn I only took the road not off road.  All for $4000 I don’t recommend.
