There’s a lady there with red hair and she is by far the rudest and most disgusting person I have ever met. The customer service from her was unlike I have ever received. I don’t know how you hire people like that. I even spoke to her on the phone prior to getting to the office and even then she was being rude. Also she took my bank card and wrote down the details which was very confusing and when I asked why she is doing so, she puts her hand out and yells at me telling me to wait. I wouldn’t normally take the time and give a bad review but she was by far the most disrespectful person I have ever encountered. Idk if she just had a bad day or what but that kind of behaviour is not normal and I was honestly shocked. I would give 0 stars if I could.
Horrible experience. Walked in after getting my car impounded for $1194 paid 1100 cash and the lady did 194$ on eftpos without me knowing. She called me the next day to say that I gave her 100 extra when she charged me 100 extra on eftpos and now she refuses to refund and says I have to come in to collect the cash which is a 50 minute drive. These guys are plain rude on the phone they don't even give you a second to talk and they act all big because they are with the police being arrogant and rude and not letting us have our say as to why I can't get a refund? When I wasn't the one in the wrong. No customer service skills just plain arrogant and rude.
Didn't use the towing service but they changed the tire for me very urgently. Make me catch up to drive to service at the last minute!! Nice and Bravo!! highly recommend.Service: Tire change
The phone number listed on Landsdale impound yard is for the Welshpool impound yard. I found this out the hard way catching public transport to Landsdale and being told my vehicle was in Welshpool Even though I made 2 calls to discuss how much it would cost to get my vehicle out of impound and fees if it was going to take me an extra week to get the money. The staff were polite and contacted the Welshpool impound yard. The number on google maps is for Welshpool guys. I was given the Landsdale impound address by Welshpool yard staff NOT the Welshpool address. Who pays my public transport costs for the mis information???? And the time it's taken to travel for welshpool staff miscommunication
Friendly staff who made picking up the belongings from my parents totalled car a stress free experience. To top it off they hunted for and found the drivers licence I had dropped in the process Thanks
I disagree with the 1 star reviews. They were very friendly and helpful with helping me and my dad retrieve mum's property after she was found dead in her car. Not only they helped, we were struggling to open the boot and they quickly sorted in a manner of minutes. Exceptional customer service.
The man that towed my car was amazing. He stood with me while my partner was getting looked over and taken by ambulance, talked me through what i had to do, listened to me be upset over the whole situation and was just an all round awesome guy! I really hope AAAC knows how lucky they are to have a staff member like him, im sorry i dont know his name, he drives the blue truck. I ran into him a week later at the yard and he jumped out his truck and had a chat with my partner and told him how bad the accident was and how lucky he is to still be here. The staff on the phone were lovely too. It was a rough week for us and not once did I feel under pressure, or rushed and they explained a lot to me and had a lot of empathy for my situation. Thank you to everyone i had to deal with.
Unprofessional driver rudely takes up 4 car bays during busy lunch hour outside Kewdale Hotel on 19/2. Absolutely 0 consideration for other road users.
