Tbh i don't recall getting this kind of service any of the other auto car shops. You guys are the best ! I have been to auto barn in PK a few times & has never failed in providing great customer service from the staff thanks again !
Always had a good experience here never a drama but today I phoned to ask if they had a specific type of fuse but apparently there are too many people in the store for him to be running around checking fuses. Look I get it but just slow down and tell them to wait. My $2 purchase of a fuse seems insignificant I’m sure but as someone that has spent literally thousands of dollars here it’s a shame you didn’t take the time or appreciate my set of circumstances as well as those in store. I’ll update my rating once some order has been restored to this poor experience!
This is my local go to place for vehicle accessories and parts. The service is good, the product range is excellent, pricing is good to normal, occasionally specials that pop up are excellently priced. I have purchased panel stands, primer, bog, tapes, bulbs, lubricants, cleaners etc and been very happy with products and pricing. They do their best to price match when asked, and if you have any special requests they can order in the product for you. Recently purchased Kicker front speakers for my car and they price matched the product saving me over $80 and they had the wiring adapter kit and door adapters for 5x7 to 6 inch speakers. Also purchased the 90 litre benchtop sandblaster cabinet, that is an awesome addition to the workshop, works as well as many expensive models.
Kylie helped me save money and gave me professional advice about oils and she was patient with me while I was flustered I left feeling I would definitely be back thanks Kyile!
Went to the store today, got some advice on a Audio problem. The staff where more than willing to help.... Spent no money and help was great.
